HOW TO PREPARE FRIED RICE

  A visit to any eatery or fast food restaurant would leave you imagining just how much Nigerians love fried rice.While some view it as food for the rich because of the high cost attach to it,others see it as a staple food that must form a daily meal.How aboit trying it out yourself?you had really stay off it on fast foods.Below is what you need:

  INGREDIENTS

1)Rice

2)Meat

3)Seasoning

4)Green beans

5)Carrot

6)Liver

7)Green pepper

8)Curry(very important for coloration)

9)Thyme

10)Onion

11)Vegetable oil

12)Butter

13)Salt

   PROCEDURE

1)Boil the meat and the liver using onions,garlic,thyme,curry,salt and maggi.After boiling,remove the meat and liver,filter the water and keep aside for later use.

2)Fry the green beans and carrot:The green beans and carrot should be chopped to small sizes,afterwhich they are fried in vegetable oil alongside onions,green pepper.

3)Boil the rice using salt and maggi:Be sure to use the water from the meat to boil the rice,afterwhich you remove the rice from heat before the water dries up,then add the carrot,green beans,green pepper and already cut to size liver to it,then mix together,make sure to add the butter when the rice is still hot.

4)Fry the meat using deep fry(enough vegetable oil)to prevent it from burning.
